Sport Department:

          Vasantrao Naik College of Arts, Commerce and Barrister A. R. Antulay Science College, Mhasala introduced Sport in tune with University objectives. The Sports Department has been working successfully since the establishment of the college. Sports makes human healthy both physically and mentally. College organizes various sports activities for students and also for the teaching and non-teaching staff members. Once in the year during college gathering event annual sports competitions are organized for students. The winner students are awarded with the prizes. The students of the college are participating in University Competitions every year. All Students are encouraged for participation in the sport activates.

Vision 

Kabaddi, Kho-Kho and Cricket, are the special interests of students in the Mhasala and surrounding areas. If they get opportunity through different competitions, good players can be created.

Mission 

The goal is to make the students of the college and rural tribal areas interested in various sports and to create excellent sportsmen. The overall function of the Sport committees at the college level is to advice for the various sport activities.

Objectives:

• To promote the capacity to organize games, sports and recreational activities.
• To promote knowledge of sports.
• To develop an understanding and appreciation of indigenous approach to Physical Education, exercise, games and sports.
